THE CHURCH AT RESCUE is not the building. The building is the Church house, the structure that houses the Church. THE CHURCH AT RESCUE is made up of men and women who love the Lord Jesus Christ, love His Gospel, and love one another. We are sinners, saved by the Sovereign Grace of our Great Majestic God, through the perfect redeeming work of His Darling Son, Jesus Christ our Lord. We, members of THE CHURCH AT RESCUE, believe that ALLof salvation, from start to finish, is according to the work of our Great Triune God. We believe that God our Father chose us in Christ before this world was created. We believe Jesus Christ is the eternal Son of God, who, by the word of His mouth, created all things. We believe He who created all things was born of a virgin, that He became a man so that He could redeem His chosen people by laying down His life for us. We believe Jesus Christ established a perfect righteousness for His people by His perfect obedience to the holy law of God. We believe our Blessed Redeemer perfectly satisfied the holy justice of God for a particular people by laying down His life for those who were given to Him by God our Father. We believe the Holy Spirit has raised us from a state of spiritual deadness, giving us eternal life because Jesus Christ met all the conditions of the eternal covenant of grace. We believe the Holy Spirit has revealed Jesus Christ to us. We believe that He, the One who loved us and gave Himself for us, has risen from the dead and is now in heaven, seated on His sovereign throne of power as Lord of lords, and King of kings. We, members of THE CHURCH AT RESCUE, believe we are a part of GOD'S CHURCH which He purchased with His own precious blood. We are dedicated to the study of God's Holy, inerrant, infallible Word, believing that all Scripture is given by inspiration of God. And the members of THE CHURCH AT RESCUE are motivated by faith, which works by love for the Lord Jesus Christ, to support His Gospel with our regular attendance for public worship; by our prayers for one another; by our labor of love in ministering to one another's needs; and by the giving of our monies to support the glorious Gospel of God's amazing grace. And by God's grace, through His Holy Spirit working in us, we will continue in the apostle's doctrine and fellowship, and in breaking of bread, and in prayers, watching and waiting for the blessed eminent return of our Great God and Savior, Jesus Christ our Lord.

Thanks Pastor for this article. One of the question in my son Christian religious education is this where do Christian meet? A mosque B temple C synagogue and Church. You can see from these answers that they are suggesting that the Church is a building. So you addressing a very important issue here and may the Lord help our people to have a proper concept of the Church.
