“And when Haman saw that Mordecai bowed not, nor did him reverence, then was Haman full of wrath. And he thought scorn to lay hands on Mordecai alone; for they had showed him the people of Mordecai: wherefore Haman sought to destroy all the Jews that were throughout the whole kingdom of Ahasuerus, even the people of Mordecai (vs5-6).”
God won’t let His people be destroyed for any reason, and He RULES over all. Satan can oppress and men can war, but the cause of truth and love will persevere. God will save the elect by the devil’s handiwork, the oppression of men, and EVERYTHING that He allows. Satan cannot win, because God rules all to SAVE His people. He is not reactionary; He plans and purposes, bringing His will to pass ALWAYS. When they killed Christ, God was in charge, and they did as determined by God afore time - “Him being delivered by the determinate counsel and foreknowledge of God, you have taken, and by wicked hands have crucified and slain: whom God has raised up having loosed the pains of death: because it was not possible that he should be holden of it” (Acts 2:23-24). When they killed the prophets, God was in charge, and the gospel wasn’t hindered. Wherever there are elect, God brings the message of salvation, and for THOUSANDS of years, every predestined soul has obtained mercy in the exact way and exact time that God PREDESTINED before the world.
Do not fear men; do not fear God’s cause will fall down. Honor the Lord of glory, devote yourself to His will, and know it shall come to pass. His word won’t return unto Him void, whether we save 10 or 10 million - “So shall my word be that goes forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it” (Is 55:11). God is not losing, and in this CONFIDENCE, we minister. We know God is saving the elect.
