“Who Are You That Replies Against God”? (Rom 9:19-24, 30-33)

“You will say then unto me, Why does he yet find fault? For who has resisted his will?  No, but, O man, who are you that replies against God?  Shall the thing formed say to him that formed it, Why have you made me thus?  Has not the potter power over the clay, of the same lump to make one vessel unto honor, and another unto dishonor? (vs19-21)

Either bow to and obtain mercy, or be damned. We can be angry at God and perish, or we can thank God, live, and help OTHERS to know God too.

I have a true story of someone who said, as many have said and more have thought, “If what you’re saying is true, it means everyone I know is lost”. Praise God that He chose to show you mercy, as a brand plucked from the burning, and now you can go and save others by the truth, helping those you “care” so much about.  But, people REFUSE, choosing to live a lie and denying the truth,  “And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie: that they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness“, so that God makes people happy in their lies, who heard the truth of sovereign grace and rejected it (2 Thess 2:11-12).

Whosoever wills, let him take the water of life FREELY, but it must be something God did and not what you did that you hold onto; you must trust God in Jesus Christ - His grace, love, and mercy - and you cannot trust self - what you did, felt, thought, said - before Him.  You can trust Christ’s work, or you can trust what you have done. I will take Jesus, how about you?
